During peak periods, public holidays, or unforeseen events, processing may take longer.

Physical business addresses
Residential/home addresses
Deliveries to P.O. Box addresses or PostNet branches are not accepted.
Packages are sent via trusted courier services selected for reliability and discretion.
Courier providers may vary depending on your location and order size.
Shipping costs are a flat fee applied to all orders.
Shipping fees may change from time to time, including during sales or promotional periods.
Current shipping fees will be clearly displayed before checkout.
Estimated delivery times range from 2 to 5 business days depending on your location.
Delays caused by couriers or other external factors are beyond our control.
Overgrow accepts no liability for such delays.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to you once the package is delivered or picked up.
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
Report any damage or tampering to the courier and contact Overgrow within 48 hours.
Import duties, taxes, or customs fees do not apply to orders within South Africa.
Customers are responsible for any local taxes applicable to their purchase.
You must provide accurate and complete shipping details in accordance with accepted delivery options.
Overgrow is not responsible for delays or extra charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Any additional costs incurred due to address errors will be billed to you.
We will assist with tracing lost or undelivered packages reported within 10 days of shipping confirmation.
Replacement or refund decisions are at Overgrow’s discretion and subject to investigation.
