SHIPPING POLICY


Please note we do NOT deliver to PO Box addresses or Postnet Branches!

ORDER & SHIPPING:

All products purchased from Overgrow will be sent to you via Courier Service.
We offer door-to-door delivery within the borders of South Africa. The option for making use of PUDO is also available.

As a standard policy, all orders are packaged in discreet packaging to ensure as little attention possible is drawn to the package while in transit to you. The package will not reflect anything cannabis related.

ORDERING PROCESS:

Select the products you wish to order and continue to the checkout button.
On the checkout page, enter the relevant information as prompted and confirm your order. Please ensure that you have included both a suburb and contactable telephone number.

Once you have placed your order, the stock will be reserved for 48 hours. If payment is not received in this time the pending order will lapse/expire and you will need to place a new order.

Once your order is confirmed, you will be emailed confirmation. Please use your order number as your payment reference.

Once the payment reflects in our bank account, we will update your order status.
You will receive an email notifying you that payment was received and is being processed.

Delivery Times:

We endeavour to ensure all orders are shipped out as soon as possible! Orders are shipped on a Tuesday and a Thursday, orders placed after 16:00 pm on a Monday and Wednesday will only be processed the following day.

Depending on location your order will be delivered within 24 - 72 working hours after dispatch from our location.

Once dispatched a Waybill will be sent to you, and all orders can be tracked at The Courier Guy.

Please note that all delivery times are subject to change as and when our lockdown levels change.

Delivery Address:

Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises. Where possible please use a physical address for delivery as the courier will not leave a package without a signature.

Proof of Delivery:

By placing an order, you understand and agree that any person other than yourself who receives the products at the delivery address nominated by you to us, shall be conclusively presumed to be authorised to accept delivery on your behalf (unless otherwise specified).

Undeliverable packages:

Occasionally packages are undeliverable. Our courier service will attempt redelivery, however, should a parcel not be delivered upon redelivery attempt, it will be returned to our store at their normal shipping rate and redelivery from us will incur costs for your account.

Order processing:

Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and proof of payment sent through to the email address provided. Orders placed after 16:00 are only processed the following day and shipped on our next courier run.
