SHIPPING POLICY


ORDERING & SHIPPING

All products purchased from Overgrow will be sent to you via Courier Service.
We offer Nationwide Delivery and use discreet packaging.
As a standard policy, all orders are packaged in discreet packaging to ensure as little attention possible is drawn to the package while in transit to you. The package will not reflect anything cannabis related.

ORDERING PROCESS

Select the products you wish to order and continue to the checkout button.
On the checkout page, enter the relevant information as prompted and confirm your order.
Once you have placed your order, the stock will be reserved for 48 hours, if payment is not received in this time the pending order will lapse/expire and you will need to place a new order.
Once your order is confirmed, you will be emailed confirmation.
Please use your order number as your payment reference.
Once the payment reflects in our bank account, will we update your order status.
You will receive an email notifying you that payment was received and is being processed.
Please note we cannot deliver to P.O Boxes - someone needs to sign for the parcel

TRACKING NUMBER

Please note we do not send tracking numbers and will not track parcels unless it is necessary. Everything will get to where it needs to be. Please be patient. We do understand first time orders can be stressful. Relax you’re in good hands.

SHIPPING

Once payment is received, your order will be shipped to you on our next postal run.
Postal runs are Mondays to Thursdays. Any order paid for after 14:30 on Wednesday, will only be shipped the following Monday or next working day.
All orders placed over weekends or public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping generally takes 1 to 3 working days from date shipped (Please provide an additional day for rural areas).
If you don’t receive your order within 72 hours, please contact us so we can follow up.
Please ensure you use your order number as a reference when contacting us about an order.

OUTLINING AREAS ADDITIONAL COURIER CHARGES

In the event of your parcel requiring a dedicated special trip to deliver the shipment, additional charges may be levied. Examples of special delivery areas include: Plots/Farms, remote areas and Game Lodges. In this instance, you will be contacted prior to delivery.

COURIER DETAILS

To ensure that your parcel is delivered timeously, please include ALL delivery/shipping details in full, including gated communities (where applicable), estate name (where applicable), complex name (where applicable), building name (where applicable), street name and number, suburb, contact telephone number and any relevant delivery instructions that may apply.

By placing an order, you understand and agree that any person other than yourself who receives the products at the delivery address nominated by you to us, shall be conclusively presumed to be authorised to accept delivery on your behalf. (unless otherwise specified)

COVID 19 SHIPPING SCHEDULE

STAGE 1 - 3

We are couriering as per normal schedule, Monday to Thursday. Orders will be sent where possible overnight.

STAGE 4

We are couriering Monday and Wednesday only.
All orders received from 14h00 on Monday to 14h00 on Tuesday will be sent on Wednesday.
All orders received after 14h00 on Tuesday will be sent the following Monday.
Orders will be sent road freight. They may take a day or two longer to get where they need to be.

STAGE 5

We are couriering Mondays only. Orders will be sent road freight. They may take a day or two longer to get where they need to be.
